  • 3D Solid Modelling from 2D assemblies
  • Freeform surface modelling
  • Validation and verifications of Product designs
  • 3D Sectional views and CAD models
  • 3D model design for Reverse engineering

Our 3d CAD mechanical modeling services are unique in its provision of 3D mechanical drafting in the sense that::

  • Since there is usage of 3D models, practical problems to the 3D mechanical rendering can be completely averted
  • No lapse in time ensuring prompt 3D modelling and rendering as per the client’s specifications
  • The most absolute and perfect materials can be procured and utilised to make sure that the 3D modelling is successful. The CAD technology makes it easier to ensure that the right materials are utilised to validate the viability of the project
  • Are parametric designs that are fully contrained by the prameters that you set out.
CAD is an important technological tool required by mechanical design experts all over and has been used to provide absolutely competent mechanical dimensions and geometry. While, the expertise and the aid of CAD in 2D engineering and mechanical services have been extremely beneficial, this expertness can be raised to an altogether different platform with the help of the modern 3D feasibilities.

As experts, our main aim is always to provide our clients with the most sustainable and effectual guidance. We use software tools such as Solidworks, Pro/E, AutoCad, Inventor, CATIA, and I-deas to create 3D models. Our services are used in industries such as aerospace, piping, automobile, marine, electronics, and consumer goods etc.

With the help of the right technology and man power, we know that we can make our clients’ vision and visual modality come true in the perspective of the broader horizon.

Central Coast Machine Builders

Central Coast Machine Builders

Central Coast Machine Builders - ALNO Product Services - West Gosford
To succeed in today's Australian manufacturing industry manufactures are turning to purpose built production machinery.
As a whole the industry has moved on from CNC machinery where many companies with multi axis machinery found it difficult making repayments through the global economic crisis. Many found themselves with multi axis machinery that they simply could not operate combined with the challenge of being unable to retain the trained staff along with limited resources at local TAFE colleges to train or qualified staff.
Furthermore, there has been less focus on unit cycle time and greater focus on the number of axis turrets or spindles somebody did say it is not the number of axis that lower your cost it is the length of the cycle time having five axis is great but not if you can only use one cutting tool at a time.
Over the years ALNO Product Services has help many companies lower there production cycle time through multi spindle machinery that manufacture concurrently which helps produce more products faster, while creating better performing, more reliable machines that are actually less expensive to manufacture.
At ALNO Product services our software systems have eliminate approximately 95% of assembly problems prior to production of manufacturing drawings as our tools consider limits, and fits and interferences before our designs go to manufacturing. By optimizing the design it reduces physical prototypes and or machinery trails thus offering a greater level of confidence in making design changes late in the development process.

Press Tooling - Design - Stamping Tool Design

In General terms, metal Stamping is the process of cold working metal or a metal componet more often than not the metal takes form of strip with a constant thickness. A compressive force is generally applied through press tooling or die via a stamping press.

Dies are designed to work materials in the plastic deformation range through to permanent deformation ranges thus is dependent on the desired form or profile. Dies fall into one of two categories single press die or progressive die both are manufactured from harden tools steels which many general machinists find difficult to machine.

Progressive press tools generally work in both ranges where various deformations occur concurrently which optimizes the stamping costing through a single pressing process as opposed to multiple stamping setups.

ALNO Product Services have experience in the Design of cost effective dies and metal stamping processes these dies operate in stamping presses both in Australia and overseas, producing various components, from small electronic devices through to larger scale automotive components.

The Team at ALNO Product Services is made up of experienced toolmaking machinist and mechanical designers both with extensive experience press tooling and manufacturing industries that work materials in plastic deformation and permanent deformation ranges.

ALNO Product services do not produce -manufacture - press components.
